Exhibit Space:
Virtual space contracted for herein may not be transferred, assigned, sublet or shared with others without written permission of On-Line Publishers, Inc. (OLP). Virtual booth thumbnail location on website is determined considering all participating sponsors and exhibitors. Only sponsors may request a specific location on the website. Upon the publication of the webpage(s), all location decisions are final.
OLP will provide each sponsor/exhibitor a custom webpage that will include company logo, company information, website information, job vacancies and social media links. Each sponsor/exhibitor will have the ability to include a video chat link to speak virtually with candidates.
Sponsor/exhibitor agrees to indemnify OLP and hold same harmless from any and all claims or causes of action which arise out of or are proximately caused by sponsor/exhibitor webpages, links, its employees or agents. OLP does not guarantee or agree to protect sponsor/exhibitor against loss of any kind. Sponsor/exhibitor recognizes and agrees that in entering this Agreement, it is not relying on or expecting OLP to provide protection against loss or damage of any kind and sponsor/exhibitor hereby waives any claims or causes of action relating to any such loss or damages.
It is understood, in the event sponsor/exhibitor fails to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, OLP reserves the right to terminate this Agreement in which case the sponsor/exhibitor’s website presence shall immediately be removed and all payments previously made by sponsor/exhibitor to OLP shall be forfeited and retained by OLP without further obligation to sponsor/exhibitor.
The sponsor/exhibitor agrees the charge for sponsor/exhibitor virtual space(s) reserved in advance is non-refundable and has been made in consideration of sponsor/exhibitor using and paying for all virtual space(s) reserved. The sponsor/exhibitor shall not be relieved from such payment by failure to use such reserved space for any cause whatsoever.
If for any reason OLP determines to cancel or terminate any Virtual Job Fair which you have contracted to participate in by this Agreement, the sponsor/exhibitor waives all claims the sponsor/exhibitor might have against OLP for damages or expenses and agrees to accept in complete satisfaction and discharge of all claims against OLP, the sponsor/exhibitor’s pro-rata share of the total amount paid by all sponsors/exhibitors less all costs and expenses incurred by OLP in connection with the Virtual Job Fair, including a reserve for future claims and expenses in connection herewith.
